notice heartbeat, feel the pulsing

sync inner voice with pulse by translating each beat as "thanks"

as tension arises, allow inner voice to translate the tension's energy

refresh by switching languages, e.g. "gracias," "merci"

refresh further by switching term to "love," "peace," etc.

relax by experiencing heartbeat & tension energy wordlessly

I call it alchemical somatic translation

end by thanking yourself for so much thanking
