surfing Oneness (19:45)

Here I use surfing as a framework for recognizing the perspectives of physical being (i), spirit (I), gOd (g), & Oneness (O). I describe the moment when someone catches a wave and rises to their feet as the intersection of these 4 perspectives, creating a transcendent experience ("stoke"), which I believe is part of the reason surfers are often so dedicated & passionate about the sport. No surfing experience or expertise needed to understand the teaching here - it applies to any activity involving flow states.
