yay meditation

pick a component of breath: inhale, exhale, or inhale-exhale

instead of counting, on each occurrence, think: yay!

variation: gradually increase the yay intensity (♬a little bit louder now)

variation: gradually decrease the yay intensity (♬ a little bit...softer now)

variation: the longer its been since you remembered to yay, yay that much more loudly

eventually, stop yaying

evaluation time

did you, even once, sync a breath component with "yay"?
